Tim Williams’ Flat-Out Aggression: Memphis…I Still Haven’t Shit You Out!

Tim Williams' Flat-Out Aggression

Some fucking cock-sucking programmer on the plane with his elbow in my side, bad breathe in my ear, orders a fucking tomato juice to top it off! Fuck you, Feldman.

With that irritating fart of a situation out of the way we arrived in Memphis tonight. We are here to rip some songs for the Scion Rock Festival.

The fellas and I sit down at some hog joint to chow down on some grub and celebrate being a carnivore. FUCK YES!

We eat, pay and spilt. Walk down Beale among the zombies and other assorted freaks. The air is full of the stench of meat, piss and brew…shit. Like heaven to some.

At Club 152, we got a little rock ‘n’ roll party going on — shit load of bands showing up to hang loose and chill. I won 20$ bucks on some dude who was thought to be Rob Zombie. Hilarious.

We wake up to a dense cloud cover which sucks! We walk through the rain, ‘round the corner and down the stairs. A bit of brunch, Southern-style…Charles Vergos’ Rendezvous.

Few hours before show time!

Set times are a bit on the early side at the hard rock this afternoon. It’s pretty cool because the venue basically gave the bands the run of the joint. You could go anywhere — upstairs bar, downstairs bar, hang out with the cooks in the kitchen or chill in the yard.

We got up there after Code Orange Kids — and delivered in our usual way. The crowd seemed stunned and the core Vision of Disorder fans from the south were out in numbers.

Wrecking the floor, security and whatever else got in the way.

Thank you to The Melvins, Whitechapel, Touché Amore, The Casualties and Code Orange Kids for making it a killer trip and a great weekend!

Awesome. Now come back to California. One show at the Whisky just does not cut it. I need more VOD straight for my face. -Joey, http://www.earbits.com
