A Band Is Suing Victory Records? You Don’t Say

They like ADTR

This is not the first time nor the last time this will happen, am I right?

Legal documents show that A Day To Remember filed a lawsuit against their label Victory Records on May 31st, 2011.

The suit alleges breach of contract, disputed ownership of the band’s copyrighted works, money being owed and more.

You can read the full document right here.

I can not believe that Victory are being accused or ripping someone off. They never rip off any sites that they have worked with, and Thursday, Hatebreed, Taking Back Sunday, and Hawthorne Heights all have very amicable partings with label.

This is shocking.

I am appalled A Day To Remember would make such accusations.

Who are they?
