Anthrax Covers EP Due In March

Scott Ian

Yes, yes.

This, according to the billy goat bearded guitarist Scott Ian.

Ian says Anthrax’s covers EP they’ve been working on will be out in March.

Saving the end of the world, as predicted by the Mayans.

It’s been reported that covers effort will be packaged with a re-release of the group’s latest album, Worship Music.

The disc will include covers of AC/DC, Boston, Journey, and Rush tracks.

I must admit: I did dig Worship Music. I just haven’t listened to it as much as I figured I would.

I hope those covers they’ve recorded sound nothing like the original songs.

It’s like, “What’s the point if you’re not going to put your own stamp on it?”
