Atticus Metal Tour Lineup Officially Announced

Darkest Hour

We had the lineup for you yesterday, and today, the press release went out about it. But yes, the third Atticus Metal Tour has been announced and will feature co-headliners Darkest Hour and Born of Osiris, as expected.

The tour is set to launch February 25; dates have not been revealed yet, but will be divulged as soon as they are finally confirmed. The bill also features The Human Abstract — who just inked a deal with E1 Music and will release their album Digital Veil on March 8 — and As Blood Runs Black.

Not on the bill — at least not for the whole trek? Sleeping Giant, who will catch up with the trek when it hits the West Coast. A press release says that other openers will be announced for various portions of the jaunt in the coming weeks.

In a press release, Ryan Parrish of Darkest Hour stated: “We’re very excited about being a part of this year’s ‘Atticus Metal’ tour! Getting the chance to play alongside todays sickest new bands is always a refreshing feeling for us. We can’t wait to rock some new songs live for you guys off of our new record entitled The Human Romance, which is available on Feb. 22. It definitely will be a tour you don’t want to miss. Circle pit!”
