Awesome Soundwave Festival Gets More Awesome

Man, I really do wish I could drive to Australia.

Instead, it has to be on the other side of the fucking globe. Just my luck. That means I am going to miss out on the Soundwave Festival which kicks off in Brisbane on February 25 and runs through March 5 in Perth.

Other stops on the tour are planned for Sydney (February 26), Melbourne (March 2), and Adelaide (March 3).

Shadows Fall, Unearth, Cathedral, Shadows Fall, Dredg, Staind, Heaven Shall Burn, and Bad Religion were just added to a bill already boasting the likes of Watain, Lamb of God and Devin Townsend, if you can believe that.

The bill also features the very awesome Dillinger Escape Plan, Mastodon, System of a Down, Meshuggah, Times of Grace, Kvelertak, Gojira, Slipknot, Marilyn Manson, Limp Bizkit, and Machine Head.

Who else is playing? A Day To Remember, Trivium, Alter Bridge, the Lostprophets, Coal Chamber, Thursday, Zakk Wylde’s Black Label Society, Underoath, Enter Shikari, Hatebreed, Zebrahead, Black Veil Brides, Biohazard, DragonForce, HellYeah, Chimaira, and the Cro-Mags.
