But yes — officially, Cannibal Corpse and Between The Buried and Me will be co-headlining this year’s Summer Slaughter Tour.
The headliners were officially named today, after perhaps some of the worst clues ever offered…by anyone about anything. They literally revealed this shit three weeks ago. Sort of reminds me of how certain companies this year are debuting their Super Bowl commercials online, ahead of the big game. Why are they doing that?
It bugs me, for some reason. Commercials are the best part of the Super Bowl…if your team isn’t on the field. They’re ruining the Super Bowl!
A new band for the trek is set to be announced each Sunday beginning this coming weekend, which makes it super fun and not annoying! The exact cities and dates for Summer Slaughter will be revealed at a later date.
Already, Summer Slaughter blows Mayhem away.
