Harley in custody back in July

Wow.

I didn’t see this coming. How does a dude go to a concert with a knife, stab dudes, and then, the case is tossed? How?

Apparently, as hard as it is to believe, the case against former Cro-Mags member Harley Flanagan has been dismissed.

This article claims that over the past 6 months, Flanagan has appeared before the court at 100 Centre Street in New York City on three separate occasions, facing four second degree felony assault charges and weapons possession, each resulting in an adjournment.

Now, Harley’s looking forward to getting his life back in order.

“The only thing I was ever guilty of was defending myself,” says Harley.

Harley Flanagan, former bassist for the Cro-Mags, had his day in court.

In July, Harley went on a stabbing spree at Webster Hall during the first ever CBGB Festival.
Flanagan was alleged to have stabbed Mike “The Gook” Couls, the current Cro-Mags bassist, during a show the band was playing with Vision of Disorder.

The NYPD has determined that Flanagan had a 5-inch knife which he used to slash Couls twice (he also bit him on the arm), and slashed another man once on the left eye.

Stabbing your band mate is definitely not hardcore. Fuck Flanagan.
