Cavalera Says Collabo With Puciato To See Light In 2013

Max Cavalera

Fuck that cunting noise.

I was expecting — like most of you, I imagine — that this insane collaboration between the one and only Max Cavalera and the one and only Greg Puciato would surface before the end of the world.

Alas, the Soulfly frontman — that’s Max — says that his project with the Dillinger Escape Plan’s singer — that’s Greg — won’t be released until 2013.

The project — which is said to resemble Nailbomb in sound — also boasts Dave Elitch, formerly of the Mars Volta.

In a Q&A with fans, Max was asked about the project, and when fans might be able to hear the fucker.

“Not till next year, we’re still working on it,” he says. “We’ve got about 9 songs done…Me, Greg, and Dave have been jamming a lot lately!”

That’s cool.

I don’t know about you, but Nailbomb was my jam back in the late 1990s. That’s one band I wish I could’ve seen live.
