Chthonic Recording New Music

Chthonic

Yup.

They’re from Taiwan and I don’t like their output, but nevertheless, Chthonic have entered Sweet Spot Studios in Halmstad, Sweden, with producer Rickard Bengtsson to begin recording their seventh album.

The new music will materialize in late 2013.

The album follows 2011‘s Takasago Army, which confused me a ton.

I do appreciate the bass player. She’s a pretty hot chick, and I’d put a baby in her tummy.

Are there any fans of this band who read this blog?

Is there a record I should check out over all others, or am I correct in thinking they’re not very good.

I want to know, people. Feedback is always welcome, even if its just to tell me to sit on a traffic cone twist it.

Sit on a traffic cone and twist it.
Seriously, though, I didn’t like this band at first – but give Takasago Army another try… especially if you can get get a copy with the Taiwanese vocals, theres much more venom to them in the native tongue (there were 3 editions released with English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese vocals, respectively).
