Continents Guitarist Gets Hurt Real Good

What did you do dude?

That’s right, folks.

Continents guitarist Tom Weaver has fractured his eye socket in three places — no easy feat — and suffered a concussion, but the band ain’t saying what happened.

Nope. But Weaver is sort of talking about it.

Just not in specifics.

“So, after about 3 hours in A&E it turns out that I’ve fractured my eye socket in 3 places and have concussion. I’ve got to remain under observation in hospital for 2 days before they decide if I need surgery or not,” says Weaver.

“Unfortunately all of this does mean that I won’t be able to continue the tour. HOWEVER, our guitar tech Rhys has kindly offered to step in and fill my shoes for the rest of the tour, so we’re not canceling any appearances, and we’re definitely not slowing down.”

I wonder how dude did it. I hate when questions remain unanswered.

“The guys need your support now more than ever, if you can get to a show then please, please go and hang out. I’m gonna go home and fix my broken face, Continents will continue to break faces across Europe. The show must go on.”
