Converge Track Drums For Forthcoming Album

Converge

The first instrument to get recorded for any album is usually the drums. Gotta lay down a base first, you know what I mean?

So, it’s a good sign that the drum tracks for the new Converge disc are tracked. That means we’re not that far away from getting new Converge, which is called All We Love We Leave Behind.

Drummer Ben Koller has confirmed online that he’s wrapped up the drums for 17 songs for possible inclusion on the band’s next studio offering.

Converge began recording the effort earlier this week at Godcity with band guitarist Kurt Ballou once again handling the production duties.

One week for the fucking drums? That’s sick. I guess it’s not unusual, but that just speaks to Koller’s talents.

That dude can fucking play.
