Deep Purple Have 14 New Songs Ready To Go
Posted by Chris Harris on October 24, 2012 in In the Studio, New Records, NewsThis site claims that Deep Purple’s bassist Roger Glover spoke with them recently.
When he did, Roger said that Deep Purple has completed work on 14 songs for a new studio album.
The band’s working with producer Bob Ezrin, who the Deftones fucking hate.
The band’s planning to record 11 or 12 tracks for a final CD.
A tentative February 2013 release for the as-yet-untitled effort is expected.
Just in time for their possible Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction.
