Deftones’ Chi Cheng Battling More Infections

The Deftones bassist, as you well know, has been in and out of a coma since 2008, when he was involved in a terrible car accident.
Today, the One Love For Chi site was updated, asking for more prayers for Cheng.
“Chi is fighting off yet another [urinary tract] infection and pneumonia,” says the site. “Please keep him in your thoughts and send healing. I will update as I get news.”
Chi’s mother claims he is home, receiving good care, but needs positive thoughts as he continues his recovery.
“He is fighting a uti and today started antibiotics for pneumonia again,” she explains.
