Foo Fighters Members To Induct Rush Into Rock Hall

Rush

That’s fitting. Who else are you going to get, really?

Dave Grohl and his Foo Fighters bandmate, drummer Taylor Hawkins, will be inducting the mighty Rush into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in a few weeks.

The 28th annual Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony will held on April 18 at the Nokia Theater L.A. Live.

It will be broadcast on HBO on May 18. Tickets go on sale to the public on February 1, though members of the Rush and Heart fan clubs will be allowed to buy them earlier in a special pre-sale.

So, go join Heart’s fan club, like, now.

It’s so crazy that all these bands from my youth are now old enough to be in a hall of fame for rock artists.

No one could have predicted this one back in Elvis’ heyday, huh?
