Former Korn Drummer Pleads Not Guilty In DUI Case

David Silveria

Erstwhile Korn drummer David Silveria says he wasn’t intoxicated a few months back when he was busted on driving while under the influence charges.

Now, TMZ claims Dave has pled not guilty in his DUI case and will be back in court for pretrial motions in September.

Dave says when he was pulled over in Huntington Beach, he hadn’t had a drop to drink.

Nope, he claims he took a sleeping pill the night before, and that the effects lasted through the morning. He was just drowsy, not drunk.

Silveria calls it all an “honest mistake” — and bows to fight the charges.

It’s plausible.
