Every year, the holidays bring both depression and debt for most of us.

For others, it brings happiness, joy, and year-end bonuses. A much smaller fragment of the populace looks to the holidays as a brutal time of year.

Each December, Hatebreed go out of their way to play some epic shows with a bunch of other rad bands — usually at Toad’s Place in New Haven, Connecticut, which is a stellar venue.

This holiday tradition’s known as the annual Stillborn Fest, and this year, it’ll feature two stops.

Alas, Emmure will be playing Stillborn, which makes me sad just in general. Those guys are fucking Black Veil Brides after ten years at Chino.

The fest will also boast Lionheart, This Is Hell, The World We Knew and Thy Will Be Done.

The two shows are set for December 26 at Toad’s Place and December 27 at The Chance in Poughkeepsie, New York.

And don’t you forget, tough guy — Hatebreed have a new album in the bag, and you can read more about that here.
