King Diamond

Fuck, man.

I wish I could go to this now. But something tells me I won’t have enough cash to fund a trip to England. Blimey!

King Diamond has confirmed his glorious ass will be one of the headliners for next year’s edition of the Bloodstock Open Air festival.

I hope this also means the King’s been working on fresh metal mana.

The fest is set to take place August 9 through August 11, 2013, at Catton Hall in Walton On Trent, Derbyshire, England.

So many town names in England sound like pseudo gay porno flick titles. “Walton On Trent.” “Ashton-under-Lyne.” “Henley-on-Thames.” “Skelton-in-Cleveland.”

“I’m looking forward so much to this, we all are,” his royal highness says. “Finally back in England! The people at Bloodstock have gone the extra mile to make this possible, and will be expanding the stage to fit our full production. This is gonna be DARK and very HEAVY!”

Others booked for the fest include Accept, Anthrax, Firewind and Fozzy.
