Korpiklaani Still Hard To Spell, To Release New Album In August

Korpiklaani

I am a fan of Korpiklaani, believe it or not. I’m just not a fan of typing Korpiklaani. I’m always worried I’ve misspelled it. Korpiklaani isn’t exactly in my computer’s spellcheck, so I’m always irked writing about them, seeing that red line under Korpiklaani all over the place.

Anyways, Korpiklaani have entered the studio to begin recording their new album, Kunnia, which will be in stores in August through one of our favorites, Nuclear Blast Records.

Don’t wait until August to hear new Korpiklaani, though. A new track, called “Metsälle,” that was actually tracked late last year but will appear on the upcoming disc, can be heard at the end of this post.

If you don’t appreciate folk metal, stay far, far away dude.
