Krampus Drummer Struck By Lightning, Leaves Band

Krampus

Krampus’ drummer is lucky to be alive. I guess.

He was struck by lightning recently, and the fact that he didn’t fry to death must have presented him with some kind of moment of clarity. Carlo decided to jump the Krampus ship.

Carlo Andrian says he will not be able to play the drums for some time to come as he rehabilitates himself.

“Carlo is a great friend of ours, and we would like to thank him for the great effort and dedication he has had for the band,” says Krampus. “We wish him well and a full recovery, and all the best for his future endeavors.”

The band already has a new drummer lined up.

“He’s a very talented musician, and you have most likely already heard of him with his current band,” the band teases.

Struck by lightning, huh? That’s one of the best excuses I’ve ever heard for leaving a band. I recommend you fellas thinking about dumping your broads consider using this one.

Try, as I might, I can not find any actual media reports of a lightning strike and a dude name Carlo. Usually, such events are heavily covered by local news outlets.

Not that I’m calling the band a bunch of liars. It’s just…it seems outrageous.
