Locrian

I’ve admitted before I’m late to the Locrian party. But fuck it — I’m here, I brought a case of Coors, and I’m going to be wearing the lampshade around my cock head any minute.

Yes, folks — Locrian are recording. Where? In Chicago. What? Their as-yet untitled new album.

The band is working at Electrical Audio Studios with Greg Norman (who has worked with Pelican).

Relapse claims the album will be a two-part concept piece inspired by classic prog rock artists such as Genesis, Yes and King Crimson.

The label is eyeing a spring 2013 release for the new one.

Some song titles include “A Visitation From The Wrath Of Heaven“, “Exiting The Hall Of Vapor And Light” and “Panorama Of Mirror.”
