Machine Head

Since Lamb of God had to drop off because the authorities in Prague are douches, Machine Head have been tapped to play this year’s inaugural Knoftest.

Dethklok also dropped off; Machine Head will replace one of the two bands on the bill.

“The mighty Machine Head has been tapped as one of the artists to replace the cancellation of Lamb Of God and Dethklok,” says the festival’s organizers.

“We are very excited that Machine Head is rushing back from Europe to play Knotfest. They will perform at both the Iowa and Somerset/Minneapolis knotfest shows. We expect to announce another artist in the next day or two.”

Sweet.

The first-ever Knotfest will feature performances from its namesake, Slipknot, along with the Deftones, Serj Tankian, Prong, The Urge and others.
