Nonpoint Signs To Razor & Tie

Man. The last time I thought about Nonpoint, and wanted a new record from them, was literally like a few nevers ago.But apparently, there’s some interest and demand for Nonpoint. That’s so bizarre. Like, who the fuck actually would claim their a Nonpoint fan? That’s something people don’t even reveal as a guilty pleasure…because liking Nonpoint is like liking Nickelback — girls don’t want to gargle your nuts when you do.
The band have inked a deal with Razor & Tie and are aiming to release their new album this spring.
“We couldn’t be happier or more excited about our up-coming new partnership with Razor & Tie,” Nonpoint’s Elias Soriano says in a statement.
“Their aggressive staff and fresh plan of attack has us excited to get this record on the shelves and on the airwaves because I know they will reach for greatness and are as proud of being a part of this project as we are,” the statement adds. We’re very much looking forward to the next album cycle.”
Oh yeah? Well, then that makes, like…however many dudes are in that despicable band.
The press release ends: “Nonpoint is the latest addition to independent label Razor & Tie‘s expanding Rock roster that includes such artists as All That Remains, For Today, P.O.D., Such Gold, Chelsea Grin, Shadows Fall, Norma Jean, Attila, Saves The Day, Hit the Lights, and many more.”
If you ask me, Shadows Fall should have led that list. But that’s just my opinion. You want to highlight the actual talent upfront, dudes.
