Sharon Osbourne Had Chesticles Removed So She Wouldn’t Get Breast Cancer

Sharon Osbourne

Imagine you didn’t want to get testicular cancer. I’m sure you don’t but, just go with it.

Imagine you had this fear — a very realistic fear, in truth — that one day, your nuts would become riddled with tumorous disease…disease that would claim your life.

Would you have your nuts cut off? Well, Ozzy Osbourne’s wife and manager, Sharon Osbourne, had her boobies lopped off because she’s worried she’ll develop breast cancer.

Take that in for a minute. And let’s all collectively pray this doesn’t become a health trend.

Sharon says that she recently underwent a preventive double mastectomy.

Doctors told her she had a genetic mutation which elevated her chances of developing breast cancer, which convinced her to have the procedure performed.

“As soon as I found out I had the breast cancer gene, I thought: ‘The odds are not in my favor,’” she reveals. “I’ve had cancer before and I didn’t want to live under that cloud: I decided to just take everything off, and had a double mastectomy.”

Even if you knew you had a ball cancer gene in your lineage, would you remove those nuts?

“For me, it wasn’t a big decision, it was a no-brainer. I didn’t want to live the rest of my life with that shadow hanging over me. I want to be around for a long time,” she says.
