Sylencer Album To Feature Myriad Of Guests

Lethal Dose of Truth

I was reading Noisecreep and learned of this project called Sylencer.

The brainchild of Markus Johansson and featuring former Chimaira drummer Kevin Talley, Sylencer is planning to release a new album called A Lethal Dose Of Truth September 4, and it boasts a bunch of dope guests.

Some of metal’s leading musicians, yo!

Here’s who you can expect on Sylencer’s album. And after reading this list, I’d have to say that if you’re not even remotely interested in hearing this album, something may be wrong with you.

The guests include Nitro guitarist Michael Angelo Batio, Metal Mike Chlasciak, Sadus and Death bassist Steve DiGiorgio, Helloween’s Roland Grapow, and Zimmers Hole’s The Heathen.

But wait — there’s more.

The album also will include contributions from Jag Panzer guitarist Christian Lasegue, Cynic and Death drummer Sean Reinert, Forbidden’s Steve Smyth, Iced Earth’s Larry Tarnowski and Emil Werstler of Dååth and Chimaira.

The album also features Marco Minnemann, the drummer for Necrophagist. Dude need to get in the studio and concentrate on the new ‘Phagist record before he guests on another band’s album.
