The Monolith Deathcult

That’s right, you backflippin’ son-of-a-slut.

Dutch extreme metal act The Monolith Deathcult have just inked a deal with venerated French label Season Of Mist.

The Monolith Deathcult’s fourth album, Tetragrammaton, will be released later this year.

The album is once again being produced by Guido Aalbers, who has previously worked with Coldplay and Destiny’s Child. That’s kind of crazy, huh?

A press release claims Tetragrammaton was chosen as the album’s title “because of the triple ‘A’ in it, to emphasize their major role in the world as we know it and because AAA stands for ‘prime.’”

Alrighty then.

I am sure their Season of Mist debut will be righteous. And by righteous, I mean awesome. But you probably figured that out.
