This Is What The Future Of Metal Sounds Like

Korn

So, at the end of this post, you can see the future of metal, according to Jonathan Davis: Korn have gone and released a track-by-track preview of their upcoming new record The Path Of Totality, the record they created with a bunch of dubstep dudes — not the album named best of 2011 by Decibel magazine, Tombs’ Path of Totality.

It still burns my ass no one at Roadrunner chimed in when Korn said they wanted to name their album The Path of Totality and informed them that name had already been used for an album released this year.

Or maybe they did, and Korn were like, “Ours is different. It has a ‘The’ at the beginning of it.”

And this is probably why I haven’t received an invite to the annual Roadrunner Christmas party yet. Aw shucks!

After the jump, listen to a preview of the new Korn, which drops next week. I think I might actually prefer Lulu to this garbage.
