VIDEO: Bad Brains Frontman Joins Deftones On Stage

You’ve got to see this shit, kids.

The Deftones played in Baltimore last night, and wouldn’t you know it! Bad Brains vocalist H.R. joined the band for a cover of the D.C. hardcore punk band’s own “Right Brigade.”

He stayed on stage for the Deftones’ “Bored” even.

You can see fan-filmed footage of the on-stage collaboration at the end of this post.

I hope this somehow yields a cool side project with Chino Moreno and H.R.

Bassist Sergio Vega Tweeted about the momentous occasion.

“Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine I would perform a song w HR!!! Thanx Baltimore!! #RightBrigade #badbrains #deftonesporvida”

Both bands have new albums coming soon. The Deftones will release Koi No Yokan on November 13 and The Bad Brains’ Into The Future will drop a week later on November 20.

Budget now so you can purchase both.
