Warrant’s Jani Lane Sentenced To Jail TimeTMZ.com, Lane is going to spend 120 days in jail after pleading no contest to a DUI charge.

He was arrested again in May on suspicion of DUI after hitting another parked car. In addition to the jail time, Lane will lose his license for three years and have to complete alcohol education classes for 30 months.
Lane will surrender himself to police custody July 27.
Back in February 2010, an arrest warrant was issued for Lane after he failed to show up for two court appearances connected to his 2009 DUI conviction.
The 45-year-old Lane said in a May 2009 interview that he’d gotten straight. “It’s just a matter of deciding you’re done, in my opinion. I mean, that probably oversimplifies it, but really, really and truly you have to go, ‘You know what? I’m done with this. I don’t like feeling like this, I don’t like living like this.’ And it’s also nice to get the creativity back, which is impossible to flow when you’re unconscious.”
