Warrant frontman Jani Lane has had his problems with drinking and now, his problem’s gotten him a stint behind bars. According to TMZ.com, Lane is going to spend 120 days in jail after pleading no contest to a DUI charge.

Lane was first arrested in June of 2009 after hitting a parked car in Los Angeles. He was arrested after refusing to take a field sobriety test and charged with DUI and hit-and-run. He was arrested again in May on suspicion of DUI after hitting another parked car. In addition to the jail time, Lane will lose his license for three years and have to complete alcohol education classes for 30 months.

Lane will surrender himself to police custody July 27.

Back in February 2010, an arrest warrant was issued for Lane after he failed to show up for two court appearances connected to his 2009 DUI conviction.

The 45-year-old Lane said in a May 2009 interview that he’d gotten straight. “It’s just a matter of deciding you’re done, in my opinion. I mean, that probably oversimplifies it, but really, really and truly you have to go, ‘You know what? I’m done with this. I don’t like feeling like this, I don’t like living like this.’ And it’s also nice to get the creativity back, which is impossible to flow when you’re unconscious.”
