Nine Inch Nails have lost a member.
Guitarist Adrian Belew, one of the coolest aspects of the reimagined Nine Inch Nails, has announced his departure from the band.
“I greatly respect Trent [Reznor] and the music he makes,” says Belew in a statement.
“No one is at fault. We both agreed it just was not working,” he adds. “I’m sorry to disappoint anyone. That really hurts. But NIN will do an amazing show and I am back where I belong: creating FLUX.”
Bassist Eric Avery quit Nine Inch Nails last month.
Who’ll quit next, I wonder?
Nine Inch Nails will release a new album on September 3 called Hesitation Marks through Columbia Records.
