And you can move into it if you’ve got $1.5 million lying around doing nothing.
This report claims Alice In Chains guitarist Jerry Cantrell has listed his North Hollywood, California, home for $1.49 million.
He purchased the house in 2005 for $1.75 million.
“Walled and gated Spanish gem in prime Studio City, South of Ventura Blvd,” says a listing for the property.
“Private entrance with long driveway to 2-car garage and charming front courtyard with lawn and garden. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Open floor plan ideal for indoor and outdoor entertaining. Sonos sound system throughout the property, equipped with security cameras in all the right places. Living room with fireplace, dining room, and Chef’s kitchen featuring center island, Viking appliances and breakfast area.”
Dude…Jerry’s living large, man. That’s awesome. Good for him.
His music was a large part of the soundtrack to my teenage years.
“Spacious master [bedroom] with sitting area and French doors opening to back patio. The beautiful backyard offers a tranquil setting featuring mature landscaping, pool, spa, covered BBQ area, tiled patios for a variety of sitting areas, and guesthouse with bath.”
No word on where Jerry’ll be moving to next but…I’m sure it’ll be a place just as nice if not nicer.
