Oh well goooooood for him.
Reports claim Alice In Chains’ Jerry Cantrell has sold his home in North Hollywood, California, for about $1.45 million.
I wish I could sell my place. It’s on the market, and I am not asking too much for it. View of New York City. Fourth floor walk-up. Any takers?
Jerry had listed it in June 2013 for about $1.49 million after purchasing the home in 2005 for $1.75 million.
So Jerry took a hit.
“Walled and gated Spanish gem in prime Studio City, South of Ventura Blvd.,” reads the former listing for the site.
“Private entrance with long driveway to two-car garage and charming front courtyard with lawn and garden. Three bedrooms and two baths. Open floor plan ideal for indoor and outdoor entertaining. Sonos sound system throughout the property, equipped with security cameras in all the right places.
“Living room with fireplace, dining room, and Chef’s kitchen featuring center island, Viking appliances and breakfast area. Spacious master with sitting area and French doors opening to back patio. The beautiful backyard offers a tranquil setting featuring mature landscaping, pool, spa, covered BBQ area, tiled patios for a variety of sitting areas, and guesthouse with bath.”
Being Jerry Cantrell = better than being you or I.
