Yes, folks. That’s right.
Death — a band you should know and if you don’t, get fucked — recently re-issued their mighty 1998 LP The Sound of Perseverance with a bunch of bonus goodies, and it seems the label is going to begin doing that with the rest of the band’s illustrious catalogue.
A June 21 release date has been set for the 20th anniversary edition of Death‘s 1991 effort Human.
Worth noting is that the album features guitarist Paul Masvidal and drummer Sean Reinert, both of the bands Æon Spoke and technical death metal pioneers Cynic.
The album will be remixed by Jim Morris, and get a new mastering as well.
There will also be new packaging, and all the rest of what you anticipate from re-issues these days.
The set will also feature a bonus disc that contains 20 previously unreleased early demo tracks.
