Audio From Trent Reznor’s Next Film Project Available

The Girl With The Ugly Rose Tattoo

Oh happy day, my children. Wanna hear some fresh audio from my man Trent Reznor of the always-awesome Nine Inch Nails? I knew you would.

If you go to this site, which is basically the online home of the American film adaptation of the best-selling book “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo,” you will hear something that’s presumably music from the movie, as provided by Trent Reznor and his “The Social Network” cohort Atticus Ross. By the way, those dudes won the Oscar for their work.

It’s a haunting song, and if you hang in there, it actually gets really good. Parts of it almost sound like a pod of whales, communicating.

“The Girl With The Dragon” tattoo was directed by David Fincher and will be in theaters December 21.

It wasn’t that long ago that we actually got to see the trailer for the flick, which actually contains Reznor and Ross’ cover of Led Zeppelin‘s “Immigrant Song.” The track also purportedly features Yeah Yeah Yeahs singer Karen O.
