Vancouver’s Baptists have finished tracking their second full-length album, which will be called Bloodmines.
The new album was recorded at Godcity Studios in Salem, Massachusetts, with with Kurt Ballou of Converge fame producing. It will be released via Southern Lord worldwide in September.
A press release calls Bloodmines “a fast, exhilarating album of rage, oozing with genuine raw emotion and punk rock fury.”
Song titles to be featured on the disc include “Calling” and “Vistas.”
Official release dates and previews of the album will be released throughout the U.S. summer months.
The band did play some new songs of the album during a live set, footage from which follows.
