Black Label Society Releasing Christmas EP

Who knew Santa was a dirtbag?

Oh man. Really?!?

Yep — that’s world the world needs: A Christmas album from the always jolly Zakk Wylde.

Glorious Christmas Songs That Will Make Your Black Label Heart Feel Good, a brand new EP of acoustic, instrumental Christmas classics from Black Label Society, is now available on iTunes.

The effort boasts three songs, including “I’ll Be Drunk For Christmas,” “Oh Kick-Ass Town Of Bethlehem,” and “It’s A Wonderful Wylde World,” which I don’t think is a Christmas song, dudes.

Yeah, I changed the titles of the songs on my own…to make them more Black Label-like. I like my song titles better than the originals.

In related news, Black Label Society will be opening for Guns N’ Roses on a number of their upcoming tour stops. That’s a good career move. I foresee a lot of GN’R fans joining the Society after they see Zakk et al perform.

Or maybe not. I have always wondered why people don’t use Xmas more. I like Xmas. Its quicker. More condensed. And doesn’t contain my name.
