Black Sabbath are working on a new record, which means Black Sabbath will be gassing up the wheelchairs for a world tour this year…all in promotion of the new stuff, which doesn’t feature the drum work of Bill Ward, which is a blasphemous.
Sabbath plan to launch their world tour with a series of dates, kicking off next month in New Zealand, Australia and Japan.
Then later this summer, the band will kick off its North American tour which will keep the band on the road from late July through September.
Why wouldn’t they just bring Ozzfest back, and overcharge a bunch of bands for the privilege of opening for Black Sabbath.
I bet you they get Lamb of God to open. That would be fucking sick.
So far, only one date’s been announced, and it’s in Canada.
On August 14, Sabbath will rock Toronto’s Air Canada Centre.
Tickets for the Toronto show will be available for purchase starting April 13.
Black Sabbath’s new album 13 will arrive on June 11.
