Sharon Osbourne is telling the world that Black Sabbath will play its “farewell” show this November as part of Ozzfest Japan.

The “farewell” show will take place November 22, the second and final day of Ozzfest Japan at Makuhari Messe, outside Tokyo.

Korn will also be on the bill.

Sharon, who organized the event, says that “Ozzfest will be back in Japan on November 21st and 22nd. And this will be Black Sabbath’s farewell. We’re also announcing Korn, who are celebrating their 20th anniversary. Now you can’t miss that.”

You could. And you’d live.

By the way, I don’t buy it for a second. If it’s true Black Sabbath has another album in the making, they’ll definitely be talked into playing some shows.

As one readers suggests, this may mean the last gig for Japanese audiences.
