Boris Announce North American Tour

Boris

Japanese drone metal troupe Boris will return to North America this fall for a five-week tour. Fucking rad!

The tour will also feature a host of openers, including Tera Melos, Coliseum, True Widow, Master Musicians of Bukkake, Asobi Seksu, and Liturgy, who are fucking false and suck.

Boris is currently on tour in Europe with Russian Circles.

Boris recently issued two albums: the first album, Attention Please, is a different offering for Boris. It is “a complete redefining of their potential in several ways.” It’s the band’s first album on which all vocals are sung by lead guitarist, Wata.

The second disc, Heavy Rocks, not to be confused with the band’s 2002 LP of the same name. The disc “redefine(s) ‘heavy’ music in a culmination of the band’s tireless efforts over the past two decades. This year’s Heavy Rocks is beyond heavy, it firmly establishes Boris as a pillar of innovation and integrity in guitar-based music.”
