This is mad phat.
Dutch symphonic black metal act Carach Angren have inked a new deal with Season of Mist.
The label will release the band’s third album, Where The Corpses Sink Forever, on May 18.
The morbidly-titled LP was recorded at Tidal Wave studio in Karlsruhe, Germany.
The album contains nine tracks, including “An Ominous Recording,” “Lingering In An Imprint Haunting,” “Bitte Tötet Mich,” “The Funerary Dirge Of A Violinist,” “Spectral Infantry Battalions,” “General Nightmare,” “Little Hector What Have You Done” and “These Fields Are Lurking (Seven Pairs Of Demon Eyes).”
The band is said to be a “new horrific concept album” that is “darker and more epic than ever before!”
The new LP follows Death Came Through A Phantom Ship, which was released in early 2010 through Maddening Media.
