News like this brings me back to a time that was much simpler…long before I launched this website, and long before all the regrettable choices I have made in my adult years.

Mad Season will be performing at the upcoming Sonic Evolution festival.

Joining them on stage will be Soundgarden’s Chris Cornell.

Mad Season features the likes of Pearl Jam’s Mike McCready and Duff McKagan of Guns N’ Roses and Velvet Revolver fame.

I had no idea Duff was in this band.

The Seattle Symphony will also be performing at the event, playing a number of compositions inspired by various grunge bands.

The Symphony will also be sitting in on some orchestral renditions of Mad Season tunes.

The whole event will take place at the Benaroya Hall in Seattle on January 30.

More information on the event is available here.
