Clutch Reveal New Album’s Cover Art

Earth Rocker

Clutch work with this amazing artist, who comes up with all of their album art. He’s a gifted son-of-a-gun and he also happens to be my old college roommate.

Today, Clutch revealed the cover art for Earth Rocker, which was done by my buddy Nick Lakiotes. Nick also come up with the GSA font you see at the top of the page, in case you didn’t know it.

Nick also did the art for Robot Hive/Exodus and Strange Cousins From The West.

He’s a cool mother humper.

Earth Rocker will be released in March on Clutch’s own Weathermaker Music label.

The CD was produced by Machine and is described by Clutch guitarist Tim Sult as “the heaviest and fastest Clutch album to date.”

That’s a lofty statement but one I can believe.

The initial dates for Clutch’s forthcoming headlining run with Orange Goblin, Lionize and Kyng have also been leaked. And here they are.
