The reunited Coal Chamber have entered the pre-production phase for their impending comeback LP.
The band’s working on the album in Los Angeles, California, at the moment.
A total of 17 tracks has been written for the disc so far, which the band will start tracking with producer Mark Lewis in the not-so-distant future.
Lewis has previously helmed DevilDriver LPs, which is probably why he got the gig.
Coal Chamber will release a new album in early 2015 on Napalm Records.
Frontman Dez Fafara tweeted of the material that “this sounds HEAVY!”
I’d hope so.
Ain’t nobody be wanting no hip-hop record outta Dez, yo.
