I don’t believe in making resolutions. I mean, how often do we actually stick to them anyways, am I right? I figure when I’m ready to make changes in my life, I will. I just will. Because, more than likely, I’ll have to.
Like, I have gained five pounds in the last month, and it’s because I had lost a shit ton of weight while dog sitting for my folks. So, I have decided I need a dog. It’s not a resolution, it’s just something I know I need to do — I need a reason to get off the couch, other than work and broads.
Speaking of which, I have also decided I give up. I’m gonna stop trying, and put an end to being a nice dude — I give up on broads. I have officially stopped looking for my lid. Search is over. No more will I be looking for a chick. If she happens to come into my life, well then, fine.
But the search is over, as is Coal Chamber’s hiatus, it would seem.
In addition to playing some reunion gigs next month in Australia, Coal Chamber has revealed that they’ll be playing a series of shows in September in Mexico and South America.
Of course, I’m sure more reunion shows and tours will be announced soon. Maybe even a Rockstar Mayhem Festival slot. Imagine that? It could happen.
Maybe there will even be a new Coal Chamber album. Who the hell knows? Anything’s possible if the price is right.
