Who wouldn’t wanna stand around in the cold, crisp autumn air, watching three robots crank out AC/DC tunes with style and finesse?
I mean, don’t get me wrong…robots playing metal tunes is cool but at the end of the day, is it worth freezing my sweet bippy off for? I don’t think so.
Homie definitely doesn’t play that.
YouTube videos satisfy me just fine, thank you very much.
But if you’re down, Compressorhead will be in Union Square on November 12 to jam it out.
General Electric, an evil multinational, is sponsoring the one-day concert, called Brilliant Machines Rock.
Hailing from Germany, Compressorhead is comprised of three 5-foot-tall humanoids; Stickboy on drums, Bones on bass, and Fingers as lead/rhythm.
All are built out of scrap metal, with movement made possible by electro pneumatics and music controlled via Midi.
All also make most musicians seem inferior.
