Contest: Win AxeWound, Legacy Of Disorder Schwag

From time to time, labels or artist management firms will contact us, with offers of free CDs and tee shirts. “Give them away to your readers,” they’ll tell us.

Most of the time, we want the items for ourselves. Remember that Black Dahlia Murder skateboard deck and that Unearth beer bong we gave away to readers? Well, we could have kept both of those items for ourselves but we’re honest and loyal to our word.

Today, good folks, we have an offer you can’t refuse.

We have a prize pack consisting of one copy of AxeWound’s new album Vultures — in stores now — and some AxeWound patches.

AxeWound boasts Bullet For My Valentine’s Matt Tuck, Cancer Bats’ Liam Cormier on vocals, Glamour Of The Kill’s Mike Kingswood on guitar, Rise to Remains’s Joe Copcutt on bass, and Jason Bowld (formerly of Pitchshifter) on drums.

We also have a Legacy of Disorder prize pack for you, containing a tee shirt and a copy of the band’s new album, Last Man Standing.

Let us remind you Legacy of Disorder and Vision of Disorder are two different bands.

So, how do you win? Read on.

Usually, we’d have you sign up for our newsletter and send a confirmation email. But this will take a little more effort.

Go to Facebook. Like GunShyAssassin, and follow us for all the latest in metal news and cheap entertainment.

Once you have liked us, prove it: Take a screen shot of your computer, showing that you have liked the page.

Take that image, and email it to [email protected] with either AxeWound or Legacy of Disorder in the subject heading…depending on which one you’d prefer.

In two weeks or so, we’ll randomly select winners from those who sent us emailed images, showing they’re now following us on Facebook.

That’s not so hard, is it? Go like us now.

Make sure you size down those pics, because if you send files that are too big, you may get an error message.
