Dave Grohl Won’t Tour With QOTSA, Talks Them Crooked Vultures

Them Crooked Vultures

There is a chance you never picked up the Them Crooked Vultures record. That was a mistake on your part.

The band rocked live, and their debut record was astounding. If you like any kind of hard rock, it was irresistible shit.

Now, Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl — who is playing drums on the new Queens of the Stone Age album — says that he will not be touring with Queens when they hit the road in support of their next opus.

But more importantly, he did discuss Them Crooked Vultures.

“We’ve talked about [returning], I know that someday we’ll get back together and do stuff, because we love playing with each other,” says Dave.

Good. Because that first album deserves a follow-up.

Them Crooked Vultures — in addition to boasting Grohl — features John Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin and Queens Of The Stone Age‘s Josh Homme.
