Disturbed Frontman WILL Sing On New Megadeth LP

Dave Mustaine

So to that one guy who tried to correct me a week ago…fuck you!

Disturbed and Device frontman David Draiman, it was revealed recently, helped write some of the new Megadeth album, Super Collider.

But Megadeth frontman and guitarist Dave Mustaine has since revealed that Draiman will lent his stupefying growl to the album as well.

No song was specified, but Mustaine described the cameo as “Godly.” I’m kidding. He called it “amazing.”

Super Collider drop June 4.

In related news, Dave Mustaine says, if we all gave him a chance, we’d find he’s really an all-around great guy.

He tells my buddy Full Metal Jackie that he’s a pushover, and not just a dude who doesn’t want gay people to be able to get married and suffer like the rest of us heterosexuals.

“In the music business,” starts Dave, “it’s so easy to not like somebody. A lot of people don’t understand me, so they hate me, which is sad, because if you get to know me, then you won’t hate me.”

Tell it to Reader’s Digest, bitch.

I loved Megadeth. LOVED. I even stole some of their albums from Caldor when I was a fucking kid, that’s how deep my devotion ran.

But as of late, I’ve had no reason to get excited about Megadeth. They’ve let me down time and again. Of course I will listen to the new album. It’s a Megadeth record, and I run a metal site. I’d be slacking on the job if I didn’t.

Then Dave goes on to say later, “For me, I’m always busy or I couldn’t be bothered socializing because of the workload.”

Dave = not one to let others in so they can get to know him.
