Yes, indeedy — you read that headline correctly. Two metal bands whose names have never sat well with my mother will be teaming up this fall for a three-week run of shows that will also boast Vital Remains and Devourment. I’m pretty sure my mom would have a problem with that last band name, too. I’m convinced she buried a Cannibal shirt in the backyard that I put in the wash 16 years ago, never to wear again. Sniffle.
The tour kicks off on November 5 in Wilmington, North Carolina, and runs through November 22 in Asheville, North Carolina. This tour will follow Dying Fetus’ upcoming Australian run with Napalm Death. Now that’s going to be a fucking show.
Of course, Dying Fetus are still trying to spread the word about their new album, Descend Into Depravity, which you can listen to right now, with the handy little player at the end of this post.
