This is not funny.
OK, it’s kind of funny. But if Frankie Palmeri had been fried to death, then that…that wouldn’t have been funny.
The fact that he’s not dead makes it sort of funny. The video at the end of this post makes it hilarious.
Emmure — that shitty band you know and hate — cut their set short in Moscow, Russia, today after electricity pulsated through their pudgy frontman onstage.
Band guitarist Mike Mulholland tweeted: “I’m so sorry to all of our Moscow fans who came to see us tonight, the stage was unsafe and electrocuted @FrankiePalmeri. We will make it up.”
He added: “He will be ok but the stage wasn’t wired safely & shocked the shit out of him. A sad day for us but we’ll make it up.”
Why is it sad? The stage was unsafe. Fuck that.
No one would expect you to keep playing.
I wonder if the fans could see Frankie’s skeletal outline when he was shocked, like in the cartoons?
Maybe smoke jutted out of his ears?
I wonder if this blast of electricity fried that part of his brain that makes him suck so much, and I’ll start liking Emmure?
UPDATE: Video footage of the shocking performance follows, and is hysterical. I mean, try not to laugh.
