The Dillinger Escape Plan’s Greg Puciato was just interviewed on TotalRock Radio and said that Torche’s former guitarist appears on the self-titled debut from metal supergroup Killer Be Killed.

Killer Be Killed boasts Max Cavalera of Sepultura and Soulfly fame with Mastodon’s Troy Sanders and Dave Elitch (formerly of The Mars Volta.

According to Greg, ex-Torche and current MonstrO guitarist Juan Montoya contributed guitar parts to the impending offering.

“We also had Juan Montoya from… he used to be in Torche — I don’t know if you’re familiar with Torche — but this guy Juan Montoya who was in that band Torche; he came in and played some lead guitar, too, on a few tracks. Like just some weird feedback, noisey kinda Kim Thayill-type stuff.”

Greg also said Killer Be Killed are hoping to play some live gigs, but none are planned currently.

Killer Be Killed will be out through Nuclear Blast Entertainment on May 13.

Greg also said that the Dillinger Escape Plan will be re-releasing their latest album, One Of Us Is The Killer, soon with a variety of bonus material, including covers, added songs, and demos.
